The French link mouthpiece features a flat piece of metal that sits in the centre, joining the two halves of the bit together and helps to apply mild pressure to the horse’s tongue when required. Constructed from German silver – a combination of brass, nickel, and copper to encourage saliva production for a softer, more responsive mouth.
